How can a client make a complaint to Virgin Media?

 

I am paying for a service that I am not getting. I work from home and internet is crucial. Latetely, I have more days without internet than days with it. This is ridiculous….

Are you experiencing a total loss of connection, loss of speed, short term dropouts in connection?

Are you experiencing the problems just on wi-fi or are wired connections affected too?
