Coach up and recorded shows

I am just entering my 2nd month with virgin and realised 90% of catch up tv and recordings are badly pixelated and not watchable any ideas? I have tried calling 150 but can’t seem to get in contact with anybody just get the options via numbers and then get cut off? Thanks

Thanks for posting and I'm sorry to hear about what's happened.

I can see there are some signal issues so I'd like an engineer to take a closer look.
