Hi guys I’m trying to change my WiFi frequency to split the 5ghz & 2.4ghz but when following the online guide, I can’t seem to log into the hub. I keep getting error message saying “temporarily inaccessible or errors transferring data”. Can’t get through to technical support for the last week, after being on hold for over an hour each time the line gets cut. Can anyone help with splitting the frequency?

Thanks. Issue is I can’t log in here as getting error messages.
however I finally got through to support today and the guy kindly logged in for me and split the frequency. He tried to fix my log in issue but couldn’t unfortunately but issue resolved now anyway.
