Certain devices are unable to detect my wifi.

  • Some devices are unable to detect my Virgin 3.0 wifi hub, while other devices detect it, and connect fine. I have rebooted the hub, and the devices, and tried to detect the wifi, on a number of occasions, using these devices. Any help would be gratefully received.

Have you tried separating the 2.4 and 5ghz SSIDs ? The the 2.4 (old) devices might be able to see the 2.4g SSID ?

I think should do anyway, but worth a try,
