Can’t unpause devices as my son by mistake paused ALL devices. I've reset HUB for 60 seconds but still not successful. My Virgin Media Connect app shows an amber triangle with an exclamation mark against broadband. But I do have wifi signal.

Sorry to hear of the unpausing issue. There was an issue on Tuesday with the broadband, can you confirm has everything now been resolved? Keep us posted as if not, we can assist further.
