This looks like its generated by the O2 website but I am not convinced where it is sourced from.
Testing:
Wifi connected to my Netgear Orbi - cannot route (tested on 2 Macs, 1 Windows laptop)
Wifi connected to my virgin media hub - cannot route
Mobile WiFi using Safari - cannot route
Mobile WiFi using O2 app - routes fine (to my account specifically - assume it's going slightly different route))
Mobile data - routes fine
Checked web tools such as https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/o2.co.uk which says its fine.

Any ideas? Everything has been rebooted. I could try again but its weird that the only place I have found so far which won't route is that site!

I guess your public IP address has been blocked for some reason.

sounds like Cloudfront is blocking your ip address when trying to access o2.co.uk
VM can't help you with this, it's an O2 / Cloudfront issue - contact O2 about it.

I did, but you're not going to like how 🙂
I work for O2 and so after failing to get traction with their support teams I went internal and found someone to help me who said my IP was added to be blocked. It's not an official support mechanism but I'll share this thread to see if there's anything they can do.
