Apologies in advance if this is the wrong place to ask this question.
I cannot find the Virgin Media virtual chat page. It just gives me a number of options that redirect me elsewhere, i.e. not useful at all.
I need them to cancel when my contract ends (I am a student that is about to move), otherwise they'll be charging me double what the usually do...
Any advice? Do I just call them during the hours they are avaliable? It might be a difficult since I'm doing a 9-5 (and have been regardless of Covid, i.e. exhausted!). It would be much easier if I was able to send a simple text. Thanks everyone
Yes. Virgin's customer service is worse than ever. It's deplorable and I can understand you wanting to leave.
But if you just want to end your contract, why make it so hard for yourself with multiple calls and official complaints? All you need to do is write a brief letter to the address in your contract. Job done.
