Cannot Register for Wifi Hotspots - There was no server response

Hello,

I have a brand new Sony mobile.  Have installed the Virgin Media Connect app.  Each time I try to setup the hotspot access I get the message "Please wait can take up to 3 minutes" then I get "Sorry, something went wrong - There was no server response, Please try again in a few minutes."

Have tried this at home, outside in the office and the same.

My app just upgraded a few mins ago to v.12.20.15 LF v3.145

I have nothing on my phone blocking access to anything, no firewall vpn etc etc (i've signed into the app fine, also signed in and out a few times)

When I check my account status on the app it reports I am setup to use VM hotspots.

What can I do?

Scrub my last post, I see their are long running issues with the VM app and android 11/12
