Cancel intelligent wifi plus

Hi I would like to cancel intelligent wifi plus, I have been onto online chat and spoken to someone on the phone but instead of wanting to cancel they just try to solve a problem that cannot be solved!

So who can I speak to just to get it cancelled as according to the terms I can cancel at any time with 30 days notice and return the pod.
