Cancel engineer visit

I have an engineer due out between 8-12 tomorrow morning and the problems seems to have sorted itself out.

 

I can't seem to find a way to cancel the engineers visit.

 

Anybody have any suggestions?

Log onto your VM account online - it should show on there - under "Orders and appointments"
