Hi, my wifi went down this morning. I did the online tests and an engineers appointment for tomorrow afternoon was scheduled. My service is back up and running and I no longer need an engineer. The link in the text message to cancel or reschedule the appointment does not work and just directs to a diagnostics page. Can you please cancel the appointment.

You should be able to do this by logging in to your online account from the appointments section
