Can't turn off: Advanced Network Error Search

I'm trying to turn off Advanced Network Error Search but when I go to My Virgin Media i just get this message bellow.

I've also tried ringing customer support which was really frustrating. I was on the phone for over an hour and just got passed around.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I am sorry to hear of the issue you're having when trying to turn off advanced error network search. Can you clear cache/cookies for me and try again?
