I have been running my hub 3 in modem mode for a while. I was doing some work on my router today so I put the hub back into router mode. Now it won't go back into modem mode. And all my wifi networks are connecting but with no internet connection. At the minute I only have my pc attached to it and I can't even web browse to the settings page. It is on ip address 192.168.0.1 and my pc is on dhcp address 192.168.0.10. So there shouldn't be a problem web browsing to it. I have reset the hub, restarted my pc, tried a different ethernet cable, but no joy.and it has made no difference
Can anyone suggest a fix other than calling and reporting it?
Try accessing the hub using a phone or tablet connected to the Hub default WiFi and change it back to modem mode that way (may need to forget the hub network if you've used the device to connect to it previously)
