Can’t connect to hub

Hi.

we recently used the pause a device option on the virgin app to disconnect one of the kids laptops at bedtime 
we unpaused it the following day but the laptop now refuses to connect to the hub only connects to a extender or the public virgin signal. 
we have deleted settings from laptop and re entered the hub password but the laptop still  does not connect to the internet via the main hub. 

can anyone suggest how to cure this problem please

you need to do a 60-second pinhole reset on the hub - and don't use the app to pause it again.. lots of similar issues on the forums here.. the app and the pause function within it do not work particularly well.
