I have recently been sent the hub 5 which up until tonight has worked fine. My LG tv which had no problem connecting to the hub 5 originally now will not connect to my hub 5 wifi. Does anybody know why this is. I have tried a power reset at the wall and still it won’t connect. Other devices seem fine at the moment.

The hub 5 will have a different SSID and wifi password - have you changed these on the LG TV?
You might also want to try pressing the WPS button on the hub 5 and then go intom the LG internet settings and connect via WPS

As our valued member @newapollo has offered some amazing advice already, have you tried changing the internet setting on your TV? Did this work?
