Can't book engineer

Hi

We recently moved house and want to move the wall socket and router to another room. My account still hasn't been verified however (email link not working), and I've been unable to book an engineer over the phone. Is it possible book an engineer here at all, and also get my account verified?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

It may just be taking time for VM services to update their computers.

Just to clarify, was this account verified at the previous address?

Also regarding the wall socket move, this will incur a £25 call out charge if relocated, is this okay?
