Can't Enable Channel Optimization on HUB 5

For some reason I can't enable the Channel Optimization on HUB 5 as it is completely greyed out. No matter what I tried like switching channels from auto to manual etc or which browser/device I use. I literally can't enable it. I also have WIFI pod that constantly keeps flashing and it never seems to connect to the hub which I think it's because the fact this is disabled.

I posted a screenshot to show how the the smart WIFI section is greyed out.

I have found that channel optimisation does not really work. Your unit switches to what is thinks is a underused channel and the someone else’s does the same.

I have the same unresolved problem.

Performing a "pinhole re-set" does not solve the problem.

Channel optimization (sic) has to be enabled, in order that the intelligent POD will function.

I already did that yet I still have the problem but I guess it isn't as much of big deal.

Another note, I have had some teething issues with internet within my house (calls drops and re-join etc)
