Can I get rid of error message cs9995

Hi, looks like our router is broken so we have an engineer coming out next week. In the meantime we were able to watch TV but now there is a constant error message that keeps coming up meaning we can’t watch anything. Is there any way to stop this message from appearing?

Is that via a VM TV box ? If so is it a Tivo or V6 or 360?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
