That is essentially... a "next working day" Tech visit - what exactly are you complaining about?

Shorter fix times are available if you switch from your residential package to a Business one - as that has a SLA for fix times

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Sorry we are not able to get an engineer out any sooner 

As we are very busy at the moment catching up with covid restrictions from the last lockdown

A Monday appointment booked on a Friday is exceptional 

Can you please let us know how tomorrows visit goes
