Internet down again since 11am. Called support and guy tried to send a signal through, nothing happened. Waiting for a call from field tech. Nothing coming up on the service status. Router and cable to house is all fine, it was checked and updated by a engineer like a month ago. What's going on. Paying for a service that keeps going down every couple of weeks.

Aye, the headings were there but no data. Its like I've been unplugged completely. I'm getting Internet withdrawals now.

Heya again. I've tried pinhole reset. Tried it in WiFi mode and modem mode. The field tech was supposed to call but hasn't. Not sure if there's much else I can do on my end.
