Cable Cut !

Good morning guys.

I am away on holiday at the moment and my helpful father has apparently cut through the broadband cable in our front garden! Would it be possible for one of the forum admins to organise an engineer to visit to effect a repair please?. My elderly mother has tried to call but ended up with a guy asking her all sorts of questions which she could not answer, asking her to test this and that etc. There is clearly no need for any tests as the cable is chopped in two!

Hi similar to few other users we’ve managed to somehow “damage” the cable in the garden. Can you please advise how I can arrange to get this fixed? Thanks.
