I am sorry you are having problems and we were a bit slow getting here. At the moment the line and hub look good, the only cloud on the horizon is the area peak time traffic F004758877 which I believe you are already aware of. What makes you think you have packet loss by the way, is it only at peak times?
Have you reported the cabinet door recently, do you have a reference number we will be happy to chase it. If not would you be so kind as to report it again Reporting cabinet or manhole damage
