CF23 Internet stability and packet loss

Hi,

I am at the end of my tether.  Since the 14 Sept 20 the VM network has really gone bad.  Even today this is still ongoing.  All other levels of communication Facebook, Customer Support 150/151 has fallen on deaf ears.

The whole days (8JUN2021) internet stability external to my internal network i.e. VM www network to the VM SH3 router via BQM:

SH3 changed over and took ages for it to stabilise a little.  The WAN address to the hub is changed so shifted the BQM to this.  Over 24 Hours on its pretty rubbish.

BQM shows this is the worst ever I experienced.  Surely you owe me some money back from loss of usable service!

Speedtest to Truespeed coms (Bath) yields 14.0Mbps down 17.7Mbps up, 20ms ping 5ms jitter.

Its supposed to be 220Mbps down and 20Mbps up.  Something is very wrong!

Absolute nightmare after resetting the SH3.  Its take hours for the device to get any stability.
