Dear Virgin Media my brown box outside of my house looks broken and all the components are exposed to water (Rain). Is there any chance can engineer supply a new box please?

Thanks for getting back to me just quick clarification last time engineer did not fixed the brown box as he didn’t have a spare box he just tide it up. I will now book the slot thanks.

Hi Paul your technician came out this morning and said that he has not got the part to fix it and done temporary cover and put my black plastic box over it. Is it something needs to be done. Surely he knew that he was coming to change omni box.
