I’m a new customer and I had an issue when installing the system (a broken water pipe) and the installer although I ask him to split the signal he forgot. So my question is can you split the signal from the brown box, 1 to go to your virgin modem and 1 to go to other modem, because I don’t want to rely on Wi-Fi for internet upstairs. I’m even willing to pay someone from Virgin to come and do it.

Hey momentsuk, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear that they forgot to change the signal.
You can spilt the two channels in the hub if you wish and rename them but you would still be relying on WIFI.
You can do this by login into the Hub settings everything you need to do this is at the bottom of the router.
As mentioned above by Sparky3366 you would need to run the cat cables.
