Broken Hub 3

My hub 3 seems to have died. No lights at all. I've tried unplugging and plugging in other sockets, still no life.

 

  • How do I get a new Hub sent?

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait a day or two for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome,  sorry to hear your Hub 3.0 is totally off and has no power, I was able to find you on our system and can see you have spoken to us and that a technician was arranged, has this now been fixed, what was the issue?
