Broken Cabinet Panel Door In Local Area

Hi all,

I've tried using the below link to log a faulty cabinet door panel that seems to be loose at the bottom, but when I submit the details it tells me the site isn't working and to try again later, this is after three times.

Is there anyway I can report this on here at all for it to be passed on to be looked at and fixed?

Happy to provide the relevant details to those that need to know.
