can someone please explain why we still have a problem with our broadband after over 3 weeks of problems we were told on Sunday that it had been fixed. Last night it started again. Looked at status and says we have a problem in our area (w12). This is not what I call a service

Apologies for the service issues and inconvenience caused. From checking it appears the SNR issues is still present and being worked on, the team are aware and it is logged under reference F010693888 with an estimated fix time of 9am on the 23rd May 2023.
Please be aware that this is an estimated fix time and may be subject to change due to updates with the fault and work required to resolve.
