Hi there,
I received my new hub 3 in the post today and set it up as shown in the instructions. It's been a good 6 hours since I've set it up and I've got a green WiFi light but the base light has been constantly flashing green this whole time. Is this normal? If so, how long does it keep flashing green for? Or is something wrong?
I've contacted virgin on live chat and the equipment has been activated.
