Watching Netflix, film freezes then have to re-set the film. Did a test says check the cables , done that. Also reset the hun. Still having the same issues . Might come across. WiFi ok then another test WiFi is almost half . Any ideas

Watching Netflix on which devices and via which VM TV box (tivo, v6, 360)? Or directly through an App? What is connecting on wifi and what is connected on ethernet cables?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
