Since 9:30am my broadband connection has been very intermittent and I have been unable to do anything.
Web site says no issues.
Phoning support gets automated messages saying sorry for intermittent broadband an engineer is working on it.
It's now 2:50am next day & broadband is off completely.
No Web page update & no text updates.
What the hell happened to informing paying customers of whats happening? But I bet there will be another addition to the bill this year as VM's only idea of communication is when they want you to add to package or increase your bill.
