Broadband still unavailable following service outage, no help from VM
So an outage preventing "WiFI working via Hub3" has had my connection down all day. Now it is supposedly fixed, but won't recover despite running the fault fixer and restarting the hub. Now I can't run the fault fixer anymore as I've "run it too often" (ridiculous), nobody is available on the Chat and the phone has a 30 minute wait... Anyone else experiencing the lack of a fix, lack of any support from VM, etc.?
