I live in Dunfermline and my broadband speed is less than half of normal ( normal 200 now 67)According to national sources virgin broadband is having issues in the area but when I I do the check I’m being advised everything is fine . Why is there such a difference in reporting

With this being the case, how has the service been since Monday? Have you seen any improvements?
You have mentioned the speeds is less than half of what it should be, is this on wired or wireless connections please/
