Hey folks. Service Status showing no issues. Catch up appears to be working, but broadband is out - since Saturday night. Any ideas please? can you guys check from your end? I’ve been through reset, reboot; cable checks etc. In fact, it appears that the TiVo box started working again as result of cable tightening. thanks in advance
So. The reason it’s not been working this evening is because I’ve received a new hub and hadn’t installed it yet - thinking I’d get online first before installing new one. I got so peeved at not progressing I installed new hub. Hey presto I’m online!
