The broadbands been working all day but has just gone down again at 21.30; Netflix via TiVo box worked for two hours then went down around 19.00. Really not able to comprehend why things are so erratic/intermittent...
There is an area outage at the moment, this has been going on since 01/09/19 and the fix date is showing 24/10/19, this doesn't necessarily effect everyone in the post code, all the issues you are reporting are pointing to this outage.
If you are still facing this issue after the fault has been fixed on 24/10/19 please let us know.
Ok. Our problems started on 02/10/19. Our immediate next door neighbour - on virgin - has not experienced any problems in this time frame at all. Does the 24th Oct look as though it’s the final push on the repair ?
