What have you tried so far to investigate the cause?

Have you tired the automated service status number 0800 561 0061 to check for any faults in your area?

Hi Carole23,

Thank you for your post. I'm very sorry to hear about the broadband service. 

I have taken a look on our side and it looks as though there was an area issue which has now been resolved. 

Can you confirm if you are still having issues?
