Broadband not connected

Installation today, all working great for about 2 hours then lose connection and hub 3 showing solid green light and flashing bar at the bottom which google suggests = not connected to internet?

all connections tight

have tried calling tech support but after 2 hours on hold gave up

very disappointing initial experience, any help anyone?

Sorry to hear you're having some connection issues after installation. Are you still experiencing this issue or has this since been rectified?

 

If you're still experiencing this could you please let us know if you can see any known area faults in relation this on our service status page? You can also run tests on the equipment once logged into your My Virgin Media through this page.
