Broadband lag issues

 Hello,

Been having constant issues on the Xbox using WiFi and Ethernet. When gaming online there are constant lag issues, and when watching films on Netflix the picture quality often goes very poor.

I have ran a diagnostic test above and it shows problems with no actual explanation.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Would need to check the signal levels if could go to http://192.168.0.1 or if using modem mode http://192.168.100.1 clicking router status top right or bottom of page depending on hub [no need to login - depending on hub] and if could copy/paste the downstream, upstream, network log, don't worry about the formatting we can easily read it.. try and avoid using screen shots..

downstream power showing too high, would make sure all white cable (coax) are finger tight, is there any attnetuors attached to the coax cable might say +5dbmv forward path.

Hello,

All cables are as tight as they can be, and there seems to be no attenuators, just the plain cable that was first delivered with the starter kit.

would more than likely would need a tech attend to adjust these, can wait around a week for the forum staff to arrange, or could call faults via 150 / 0345 454 11111

Purchased a 6db attenuator and it seems to have sorted the issue.
