I have had intermittent issues with my broadband now for 3 days no response from virgin constantly on hold promised engineer visit put through to other departments that seem to be closed don’t know what to do now is anyone else having same problems as myself???
If you want some informed help you need to post up more details of what equipment you are using and what the actual problem is - e.g. is it just on wifi or are wired devices affected. Also As well as the “check service,” weblink there is also a Service Status number 0800 561 0061 which usually tells you of local issues, down to postcode level (that might even not yet be listed on the Service Status web page) that may give you more info on any known faults
