I have been having internet issue for over 2 months. The first technician came out 2 weeks ago and found the cable to my house from the cab is faulty. They replaced the cable digging up my garden again last week. Another technician came out on the 29th November and after various testing he discovered the fault is on the virgin network. He said the tilt is way out of spec at 19. He then passed it to th network team and I have heard nothing.
I have rang virgin 3 times and can't get any answers and the last time the lady hung up on me.
Im at my wits end. Not only have I had to take 2 days off work and spent hours on the phone and my garden was dug up again and the fault is not even on my side it's on the network.
please can anybody tell me how to speak to someone in the Uk from virgin media?
This is my last resort before I cancel the whole package.
