Hi
I have been having problems with my broadband for over 2 weeks now. It says that there are no problems affecting my postcode but when I test the hub I get this message.
There's a broadband issue in your area and our engineers are on the case to fix things. Check back here at any time for updates.
I am using a PC over IP and at times the mouse is so laggy and jumpy it becomes impossible to work.
Any ideas how I could find out what the problem is or when it might be fixed?

Many thanks, the automated message says that they are trying to fix it but it is a complicated issue that is taking longer than usual. It must be very complicated as its been going on for over 2 weeks.
