Anyone else having connection issues in SW20 London? I work from home and last two days have been nightmare with no internet, having to try hotspot off my mobile

Check with Area faults on  0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150

Sorry to hear of the broadbadn issues experienced, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums and welcome to the community.

 

I've taken a look at your account and can confirm there is currently an area SNR issue under reference F009452548 with an estimated fix time of 23rd November at 9am. We understand this may not be the answer you were hoping for but trust it explains the reason for the issues.

 

The fix time is estimated and the engineers are working hard to fully resolve this as quickly as possible.
