Our 200mbps fibre optic broadband was great. I say was as for the last 4 weeks at least it has been unreliable, intermittent and slow. Both wired and wireless connections drop out regularly making streaming, downloading and working impossibly frustrating. Tech support, when I have managed to talk to someone, have been unable to resolve the issue and I am now at the end of my tether. How can this be fixed so that the broadband that I pay for is actually useable?
There seems to be no pattern time wise. We just either have little or no connectivity at all. Downloads fail, streams stop and games disconnect. There are no lights on the hub. Both wired and wireless connections are affected.
Sorry again for the connection problems you're experiencing. Like Josh I'm unable to pin point the fault right now so I think it'll be a good idea if you set up a BQM and post back with more results so we can examine this closer.
