Broadband dropping connections / packets

Broad band loosing IDP  connection to work - consistently 

completed a ping test to google ping google.com /n500 and I keep losing 10% of the packets , its when these packets drop my work connection fails.

I complete a tracert to google to identify the source and I see failure right after the hub ip addess with long delays.

I am sorry if your connection has been dropping recently.

I located your account, I can not see any known issues with your equipment. You in-home network is stating that a device is too close to the Hub, please remove any Bluetooth devices that could be causing this.
