Broadband been down now for some time - cant get any help just pre recorded messages. I work form home and need connection to work!
How can I chat to a real person, and why does Virgin Media make it too hard for someone to make real contact!
I have signed up to 1Gig, but its very sporadic and no where near the guaranteed speed supply they promise.
Help please, no connection means no pay fore me.

Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150
