Does anyone know if there is a problem with the broadband network in Liverpool at the moment. My Wi-Fi has been dropping out for 24 hours now and has in last 2 hours totally stopped working. Because I reported yesterday they have allowed me to arrange engineer tomorrow at my risk to £25 charge if fault isn’t at my house. It’s just annoying many times I’ve had this and app shows no faults only to call up and find they are working on my area.

You can check for known broadband faults on 0800 5610061
Although if an area fault is logged after your tech visit is booked, the appointment is often cancelled.

Thanks, I’ve called that number and it says no known faults at the moment 👍

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Hi @Scousedicko
Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
I am sorry to hear of any issues with the broadband. From checking the system, I can see you've booked and then cancelled a technician visit. I do hope that means everything is sorted, please do pop back to the Community if you need anything.
Best wishes.
