Broadband disconnects, router reboots

Hi

At my dad's for xmas, he is saying that his connection disconnects regularly. I am working from here for today and already had 4 disconnects (9am - 11:45am).

Network log shows "Cable Modem Reboot via RG reboot command" coinciding with disconnects. Anyone have any idea what this means?

He has a hub5.

I am getting "Cable Modem Reboot due to RG crash" on my hub 5 since last week too.. No reply to the person who messaged me from the forum team either.

Yes thanks Travis. Engineer booked for frequent disconnects although I am not getting any symptoms of disconnects only these 4 rg crashes in the last two weeks which other people have been seeing too.
