i set up my WiFi in my house about a week ago and it’s now doesn’t seem to connect to any phones or laptops despite the light on the 3.0 model being white
it says my IPv4 is not valid
my broadband connection is down and my primary WiFi 5GHz is disabled
could anyone help me with a solution please

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with with the WiFi not connecting to any of your devices.
Are you able to get a wired connection at all?
Have you tried to do a factory reset on the Hub?
