Been with Virgin since the summer and not had any issues, then on Sunday (02/12) morning we've not had any internet.
The Wi-Fi symbol stays green, but the internet symbol underneath constantly flashes green. Looked at the router settings and says 'Internet (Access Denied)', and the V6 Box can't get a connection either.
The cables/hardware have not been moved, service is showing as fine in the area (LS25), and tried switching to the modem only option as some people have reported to no avail.
