Broadband Failures

Here we go again; constant broadband failures - since Friday 9th August. Helpline not answered, despite repeated calls thereto. No service issues in this area, but when automated service check (repeated) completed status consistently 'service disconnected' - the promised person never (in 3 weeks of trying) appears on the line.

This is unacceptable service. Can Virgin Media help?
